The group sessions raise self-awareness, encouraging you to consider your existing beliefs about yourself, and challenge negative beliefs that may be limiting your potential.  The programme encourages you to recognise and celebrate your skills, abilities and achievements thereby increasing self-esteem, confidence, and resilience. All women in the group learn to support one another in personal challenge, growth and change.

This session is for past or future butterfly's anyone can come along to take part.

We would love to hear how you are doing. Have you been able to adopt any of the new knowledge or skills you learned? How easy has it been to keep up some development time for you? How much progress have you made towards your goals?

We would love to see you again and thought it would be good to get together and hear what you have been up to since you took part in the Art for Art Sake Project. One of our delivery partners Butterfly Training and Development have put together a refresher session where you can review your learning and renew your appetite for more.

We will be asking you to take part in some activities as well as some social time to catch up with other Butterflies.

The events are £15 and include refreshments.
